GOTHARD, Judge.

Defendant, Dale Young, appeals his conviction and sentence on a charge of illegal discharge of a firearm in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:94. For reasons that follow, we affirm.

The record before us shows that Young was charged by bill of information with the crime on June 17, 1998. He plead not guilty and was tried before a jury on March 9, 1999. At the conclusion of the trial, Young was found guilty as charged. A motion for post-verdict judgment...
