OPINION

FRIEDLANDER, Judge

Christopher Sebastian was charged with Possession of Marijuana1 and Possession of Paraphernalia,2 both class D felonies. The sole issue presented in this interlocutory appeal is whether the trial court erred in denying Sebastian's motion to suppress.
