Defendant, Marlon A. King, appeals the denial of his Motion to Withdraw a Guilty Plea. We affirm.
Defendant was charged with armed robbery, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64. He was arraigned on November 13, 1998, at which time he pled not guilty.
