SALMON, Judge.

Francis Buckler, an employee of Weather Tight Construction Company, was injured on February 9, 1993, in the course of his employment. The injury was serious, and medical treatment included surgeries to his back. Because of his injuries, Mr. Buckler filed a claim with the Workers' Compensation Commission (the Commission).
