The instant matter is an appeal from a judgment refusing to dissolve an order of sequestration, pending a dispute over rent under a commercial lease, of merchandise found on the premises which appellant, Diamond Shoe Stores of Louisiana, Inc., had been renting from appellee, Sarpy Properties, Inc. Because the judgment complained of is a final, appealable one, we deny the motion to dismiss and request for damages filed by appellee in this matter. And...
