¶ 1. Jerome Kelly was indicted for burglary and murder pursuant to Miss.Code Ann. §§ 97-17-19 and 97-3-19 (Rev.1994), as amended, respectively, and found guilty of trespass and murder on March 5, 1998 by a Pearl River County Circuit Court jury.
