The primary issue presented by this case is whether the exhaustion requirements and limitation periods of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5(f)(1), and the Colorado Antidiscrimination Act, Colo.Rev.Stat. § 24-34-306(11), (14), apply to an action brought by an employee to enforce a conciliation agreement resolving a prior employment discrimination claim.
