This case arises out of the termination of an exclusive distribution agreement between defendant-appellee BEI Sensors & Systems Company ("BEI") and plaintiff-appellant L & M Enterprises, Inc. ("L & M"). L & M appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment for BEI on claims under Kansas law for breach of contract, as well as tortious interference with a contract and prospective business advantage.
