¶ 1. This is an appeal from the Quitman County Circuit Court, Honorable Kenneth L. Thomas presiding, where Lacy Phillips was convicted of one count of felony driving under the influence. Mr. Phillips was sentenced to serve four years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with that sentence to run consecutively with any other sentences imposed.
