¶ 1. On October 9, 1996, Jimmy Franklin Wilson was indicted on charges of aiding and abetting in the sale of cocaine and sale of cocaine by a grand jury sitting in Washington County. Wilson was convicted on both counts in the Circuit Court of Washington County on January 24, 1997, and sentenced to serve ten years for aiding and abetting in the sale of cocaine and twenty years for the sale of cocaine in the custody of the Mississippi...
