We deny the motion for rehearing, but grant the motion for clarification withdrawing our prior opinion and substituting the following in its place.

Fendi S.r.l. ("Fendi") appeals a non-final order denying its motion to dismiss for lack of proper venue. Applying Florida law, we find the parties' contractual forum selection clause valid, and reverse and remand with instructions to dismiss...
