Defendant-Appellant Stacy Malone was charged with seven counts in a fourteen count superseding indictment. On May 20, 1999, at the conclusion of a jury trial, Malone was found guilty of: conspiracy, interference with interstate commerce, possession of a firearm during a crime of violence, and carjacking. In addition, Malone was convicted of aiding and abetting in connection with each of the above offenses, with the exception of the conspiracy...
