¶ 1 Appellants appeal from a final decree entered on May 12, 1999, in the Court of Common Pleas of Somerset County that denied appellants' post-trial motions and appellees' post-trial motion. Appellants sued for injunctive relief requesting the grant of an easement over the land of appellees.
