Reece R. Fuehrer, Carolyn S. Fuehrer, Gary DeGolyer, and Bonnie J. DeGolyer (collectively, "Landowners"), appeal the trial court's denial of their motion to intervene and the trial court's granting of William Storm, Concetta Storm, and Anna Shelton's (collectively, "Remonstrators") motion for partial judgment on the pleadings.
