Appellant's probation was revoked and he was sentenced on the underlying offense after he was charged with, and found guilty of, four counts of violation of his probation—aggravated assault on Louella Smith (Count I), resisting an officer without violence (Count II), possession of a weapon without permission (Count III), and improper exhibition of a weapon (Count IV).
