¶ 1. Paul Montjoy sued Diamondhead Country Club and Property Owners Association, Inc. (POA) for breach of contract and intentional infliction of mental anguish. He also sought prejudgment interest, punitive damages and attorney fees. The trial judge granted a directed verdict on the issue of punitive damages, and the jury rendered a verdict in favor of Montjoy, awarding $54,373.65 in actual damages for breach of contract and $100,000...
