This is an appeal from a decision granting defendant's motion to suppress. This court has jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 3731.

Appellee Timothy Paul Muegge ("Muegge") was charged with two counts of possession of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2252A(a)(5)(A) and (B).
