OPINION

G. BARRY ANDERSON, Judge.

Appellants Michael and Karen Altenburg sought to build an animal feedlot on their property. Feedlots are prohibited by a Pleasant Mound Township ordinance. Accordingly, appellants commenced the present action alleging that the ordinance is invalid. The district court determined that the township ordinance was valid and entered summary judgment in favor of the township.
