Hobby, was charged on November 30, 1998, with one count of sexual assault of a child under Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-320.01 (Reissue 1995), a Class IV felony, and one count of first degree sexual assault under Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-319 (Reissue 1995), a Class II felony.
