Appellants, Curtis Yancey and Lee Cloud, each appeal from their conditional pleas of guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) with intent to deliver, a Class C felony, for which each received four months in a regional punishment facility followed by four years' probation and a $2,000 fine. By agreement of the parties, these cases were consolidated for trial purposes....
