This is a direct appeal by James K. Lewis, the defendant-appellant. Lewis and his co-defendant, Linwood Black, were charged with Burglary in the First Degree, Unlawful Imprisonment in the First Degree, Assault in the Second Degree, Conspiracy in the Second Degree and two firearms offenses.
