PER CURIAM.

Defendant appeals as of right a judgment entered by the trial court in favor of plaintiffs in this action alleging breach of contract and violations of the Michigan Consumer Protection Act (MCPA), M.C.L. § 445.901 et seq.; MSA 19.418(1) et seq. We affirm.
