Plaintiffs, eighteen recording artists, brought this suit against their union's benefit plans, AFTRA Health and Retirement Funds (the "Funds"); the trustees of the Funds ("Funds Trustees"); and eight record companies (the "Record Company Defendants") who contribute to the Funds on plaintiffs' behalf.
