¶ 1. John Blackmon, Ruth Gilliam, and Shelly Dixon filed this action in the Chancery Court of Carroll County to quiet title to property in which they claim an undivided one-half interest. They also requested damages for timber which had been cut on the property. The Honorable Timothy E.
