CAVANAUGH, J.:

¶ 1 Appellant-Greth challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain his conviction of driving while the amount of alcohol by weight in his blood (BAC) was .10% or greater, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3731(a)(4). He argues that the Commonwealth failed to present sufficient evidence when it did not present expert testimony to refute defense expert testimony that his BAC was under.10% at the time he was operating his vehicle.
