Defendants Stowe Club Highlands, Robinson Springs Partnership, and Robinson Springs Corp., appeal from a jury verdict finding them liable to plaintiffs Thomas Murphy and Carol Presley for breach of contract and awarding them $53,000 in compensatory and $100,000 in punitive damages.
