Appellant Monty Yazzie Ramone ("Ramone") was convicted of one count of assault resulting in serious bodily injury in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 113(a)(6), one count of assault with a dangerous weapon in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 113(a)(3), and three counts of aggravated sexual abuse by force or threat in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2241(a).
