On 27 January 1993, the State of Louisiana filed a petition against Larry Leslie for child support and health insurance and income assignment order in the Juvenile Court for Orleans Parish. On 19 May 1993 the court rendered judgment finding Leslie had an obligation to support his child, CL, and ordering him to pay $86 plus $6.88 costs biweekly pursuant to consent judgment and income...
