The county court for Dodge County, sitting as a juvenile court, granted consent for Cole C. and Patricia C., the guardians of Eric O. and Shane O., to take the two boys with them when they moved to Texas. The boys' natural father, Jerry R., unsuccessfully opposed the removal and sought custody of the boys. After the juvenile court's order, Jerry appealed to this court.
