This is an appeal by the state of a trial court's dismissal of the habitual offender bill of information, filed pursuant to La. R.S. 15:529.1, against defendant, Henry Ross Walker. The state filed the bill of information alleging that defendant should be adjudicated and sentenced as a habitual offender for his convictions, in September of 1999, of two counts of obscenity, La. R .S. 14:106.2...
