After their teenage son was injured in a bull riding competition, the plaintiffs sued the arena where the competition was held, its principals, and its insurer. The arena's insurer filed a motion for summary judgment, claiming that its policy contained an "athletic participants" exclusion which precluded coverage for the boy's injuries.
