WEISBERGER, Chief Justice.

This case came before the Court on the employer's petition for certiorari seeking review of a decree of the Appellate Division of the Workers' Compensation Court (Appellate Division), which upheld a Workers' Compensation Court (WCC) trial judge's denial of a request to set an earnings capacity. We issued the writ. For the reasons stated below, we affirm the decree of the Appellate Division and deny the employer's petition...
