N.G.L. Travel Associates [NGL] appeals from a final order dismissing its amended complaint with prejudice. We affirm.

NGL brought suit against Celebrity Cruises, Inc., Carnival Cruise Lines, Inc., Kloster Cruise, Ltd., and Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd.
