Black Ash Services, Inc. (Black Ash), a disappointed bidder for a contract for asbestos removal at the DuBois Area Senior High School (High School), appeals from the April 10, 2000 order1 of the Court of Common Pleas of Clearfield County (trial court), which granted DuBois Area School District's (School District) preliminary objections and dismissed Black Ash's complaint with prejudice. We affirm.
