Defendants in this case are both charged with two counts of unlawful possession of unregistered firearms and two counts of unlawful possession of controlled substances. In addition, defendant Drummond is charged with one count of unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Defendant Drummond moved to suppress tangible evidence seized from the defendants' shared apartment on the day of their arrest...
