Appellants argue that the district court erred when it granted summary judgment for respondents, ruling that appellants' negligence per se was a direct cause of respondents' damages and that respondent landlord did not owe tenants, including appellants, a duty of care. Respondent landlord's insurer argues that the district court erred when it dismissed its subrogation claim against appellants. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and...
