Case Summary

Stephen Via was placed on probation and released on his own recognizance following prior criminal proceedings. Ultimately, Via was found to have violated the terms of his probation and was ordered incarcerated. Via appeals the trial court's determination that he was entitled to no credit for time served while on probation. We affirm.
