The trial court granted summary judgment to defendant insurer, Progressive Security Insurance Company, finding that Progressive gave timely notice of cancellation of an automobile insurance policy after it discovered that the insured, Malcolm Rolland, had a previous policy cancelled for non-payment of the premium.
