We grant the prosecution's writ of certiorari and reverse the trial court's judgment for the reasons stated below.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

On 25 December 1999, the defendants Damon Dawson and Raymond Veal, both juveniles, and Shawn Dawson were arrested for aggravated burglary. On 28 December, the juvenile court found probable cause to hold both juveniles. The State filed a bill of information in the instant case against both juveniles...
