(CVS) to review a judgment of the Superior Court that dismissed its appeal from a District Court judgment in a trespass and ejectment case. CVS was the defendant, in the District Court, in an action for trespass and ejectment brought by Gooding Realty Corporation (Gooding) against CVS purportedly for possession and back rent of premises...
