Kennedy, Jr. appeals from the district court's denial of an evidentiary hearing and other relief regarding Mr. Kennedy's petition to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence under 28 U.S.C. § 2255, alleging prosecutorial misconduct and ineffective assistance of counsel.
