When we addressed the issues on the last occasion, pursuant to our grant of defendant's motion for leave to appeal from the trial court's order of June 8, 1999, plaintiff's then-current position regarding defendant's non-compliance with a prior order was unknown, and our efforts, administratively, to determine her stance were unavailing.
