PER CURIAM.
Defendant was convicted of one count of illegal reentry after deportation in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a). On appeal, he asserts that the district court erred in denying his motion to dismiss the indictment on the ground that his prior deportation proceedings violated due process. We affirm.
