¶ 1. Rickey O'Neal Holloway was convicted in the Circuit Court of Prentiss County, Mississippi, on one count of fondling and one count of sexual battery of a child under 14 years of age. He was sentenced to concurrent terms of imprisonment of five years and fifteen years, with five years suspended, respectively.
