Patrick J. Mannix was convicted in a jury trial of disorderly conduct, in violation of Code § 182-415(A), and obstruction of justice, in violation of Code § 18.2-460. On appeal, Mannix argues (1) the trial court erred in refusing to instruct the jury that a person has a right to resist an unlawful ejection from a public meeting, (2) the trial court erred in limiting his cross-examination regarding the Washington County Board of Supervisors...
