The appellant, Michael Giles, was convicted of robbery in the first degree, a violation of § 13A-8-41, Ala.Code 1975. Giles was sentenced to 15 years in prison, upon application of the Habitual Felony Offender Act, § 13A-5-9, Ala.Code 1975. Giles's counsel on appeal filed a "no-merit" brief. Anders v.
