Milton Murrah appeals an order denying his motion for post-conviction relief alleging newly discovered evidence, viz., videotaped recantations of his accusers' trial testimony. After viewing the videotape, the trial court denied the motion without holding an evidentiary hearing, and without attaching any supporting documentation.
