Marion I. Kelley, Jr. sued Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. (Goodyear) alleging he was not hired because of his race, or, in the alternative, in retaliation for filing a discrimination complaint against a previous employer. The district court1 granted Goodyear's motion for summary judgment as to both claims, and Kelley appealed. We AFFIRM.2
