STEVENSON, Judge.

John Wesley Felton pled nolo contendere to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and to carrying a concealed weapon, reserving the right to appeal the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress a.22-caliber rifle. We disagree with the trial court's determination that the facts were sufficient to give rise to a reasonable suspicion that Felton was engaged in criminal activity and, accordingly, reverse. See
