Plaintiff Rex Rigby brings this lawsuit against defendant D.T. Marshall, in his official and individual capacities as sheriff of Montgomery County, Alabama. He alleges violations of federal law as enforced through 42 U.S.C.A. § 1983. Jurisdiction is proper under 28 U.S.C.A. § 1331. The sole remaining claims in this case are Rigby's charges that he was subjected to adverse employment decisions...
